Can you get HIV by ......?

A couple of friends and myself shared a hot tub after a long day of sledding and we fell a couple of times. We shared a hot tub not realizing that we had small cuts on our legs and arms from the fall. The water in the hot tub had no chlorine i was informed...Do you think I am at a huge risk for HIV if one of them had it?? Please give me answers and advice. Thanks in advance.
