How is it that Yahoo! Real Estate is allowed to publish false real estate facts?

Yahoo has a featured story today linked to the url a href="http://realestate.yahoo.com/Real_estate_news/story?s=rytimes/item-4bcc1fc619fd6bf106034420ddf198de.html"http://realestate.yahoo.com/Real_estate_…/a How is it that Yahoo! is allowed to post such misleading information about the housing market and post no writer's name? The information posted in this editorial is posted as fact. Shouldn't that be illegal? How does Yahoo! get away with it?
