Numb feet in morning normal?

hello, every morning when I wake up, I usually have somewhat numb feet. This lasts for only a short time, like a few steps, then goes away. I have also noticed that the back part of my toenails seem to be a bit blue. Has anyone else had thi problem and does anyone know what might be happening with my feet?
